Are rental cars available?
Rental cars are available through a local office of a national franchise. The rental car will be delivered to you at the time you drop off your personal vehicle, and pickup is available.
How long will the collision repairs take?
Once the estimate is written, you will be advised of the duration of time needed for the repair. It's based on the amount of labor, hours, and part(s) availability.
When is my deductible due?
Your deductible, which is determined by your insurance company, is due to Arlington Auto Center Inc. at the time of pickup. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Are you capable of working on all makes and models?
YES! We do collision and mechanical repairs for all vehicles - foreign and domestic.
When can state inspections be done?
Inspection and emissions testing can be done 3 months prior to expiration. You will need a valid registration and insurance card.
Are there any warranties on collision or mechanical repairs?
We offer warranties with a minimum of 30 days all the way up to a lifetime warranty!
Do you work on classic or muscle cars?
YES! We own and operate National Championship Drag Racing Vehicles. It holds numerous NHRA records and titles. Performance enhancement is available.
